Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences is seeking a Manager to advance its social entrepreneurship agenda by driving the creation, development and scaling of social enterprises. The role leads design and delivery of initiatives including the University's flagship festival, aligning with learning outcomes and funding requirements.

The candidate will translate social impact priorities into student learning, venture creation and founder development through programme design, community engagement

Qualifications

• Degree holder; experience in startup/social enterprise ecosystem is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in social enterprises, impact investing, innovation programmes or ecosystem development
• Strong understanding of social impact models, venture development, and ecosystem dynamics
• Experience leading large-scale events, festivals or public-facing programmes
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and programme execution capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of programmes that support ideation, creation, and scaling of social enterprises.
• Develop and manage programme playbooks, budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategies and funding requirements.
• Advise and support founders in ideation, validation, execution and early-stage development.
• Lead the end-to-end management of the Social Entrepreneurship Festival, including planning and delivery.
