Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and drivenSocial Enterprise Executiveto manage and grow our social enterprise initiatives, including the Mobile Massage Team (MMT), and Dining in the Dark (DITD). You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, driving outreach and sales, and fostering inclusive community engagement. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and administration of our social enterprises
Schedule assignments, manage job rosters, and track performance for the Mobile Massage Team (MMT) and Dining in the Dark (DITD)
Handle client communications and service coordination
Drive sales and marketing strategies to promote massage services and meet annual revenue targets
Manage invoicing, collections, and financial reporting; liaise with Finance for payment processing
Procure materials and supplies required for operations
Support publicity and media outreach, including translation of brochures and corporate communications
Conduct research and data analysis for donor and fundraising support
Liaise with NCSS and external agencies on donation-related matters
Engage and educate schools, students, and the public on vision impairment
Collaborate with volunteers and student groups on outreach projects
Prepare regular reports and assist with cross-departmental coordination
Provide coverage for colleagues when required and perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma any field
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Passion for social causes and working with persons with disabilities
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with basic financial processes
