Join our team as a Social Content Writer and help shape brand identities through culturally relevant, social-first content that engages audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.

As a social creative, you'll be expected to stay plugged into cultural trends, internet conversations, and platform behaviors to generate fresh content ideas. You’ll bring brand voices to life through sharp, scroll-stopping copy tailored to each platform—whether it’s a TikTok trend, a meme-worthy moment, or reactive community engagement.

How to Succeed in This Role:

Build Business

  • Stay up to speed with social and cultural trends to fuel timely and relevant content development.
  • Collaborate in brainstorm sessions with creatives and strategists to develop ideas for social content, influencer activations, or real-time community responses.
  • Ensure your work aligns with client goals, brand voice, and platform best practices.
  • Present your ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams.
  • Support the agency’s creative output through compelling pitches and consistent, high-quality content delivery.
  • Write with clarity and adaptability across formats—from short-form captions to concept tags and reactive posts.

Build Profile

  • Help grow the agency’s creative reputation by crafting engaging, platform-native content that gets noticed.
  • Contribute to building brands that are not only recognizable but also relevant in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.
  • Show versatility in your writing, from fun and witty to heartfelt and brand-driven—always staying within tone and strategy.

Build People

  • Work closely with Senior Copywriters, Art Directors, and Creative Leads to elevate ideas and ensure outstanding execution.
  • Collaborate across departments (social, strategy, account management, production) to bring content to life efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of copywriting experience through internships, freelance, or agency work (experience with social-led brands is a plus).
  • A portfolio showcasing creative writing and content across social platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital culture, social trends, and online communities.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong grasp of brand tone and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the ever-evolving social media space and a desire to create content people want to engage with.
