Job description

We’re seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead security operations and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 security and incident response
• Analyze logs, detect threats, and develop detection rules
• Manage incident investigations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulations (PDPA, GDPR)
• Conduct security audits and improve detection capabilities
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity or related field
• 8–10 years in cybersecurity, 3+ in SOC environment
• Experience with Palo Alto XSIAM/XSOAR or SIEM/SOAR
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST
• Skilled in incident response, threat detection, log analysis
• Familiar with firewalls, DLP, IDS/IPS

• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communicator
• Leader with ability to handle multiple incidents
