Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a SOC Manager for its Cyber Defense Center in Singapore. This role leads incident response, triage and analysis of cyber threats, coordinating Analysts and driving playbooks and exercises to strengthen detection and response capabilities.

On-site in Singapore, you will partner with global teams to ensure timely containment and remediation while building a high-performance cyber security culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a management position in Cyber Security or IT Operations.
• Experience leading 24/7 security/IT operations.
• Experience investigating and managing major/complex cyber incidents end-to-end.
• Knowledge of adversarial tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and industry frameworks (NIST, Mitre Att&ck).

Responsibilities

• Lead triage, analysis and response to cyber-attacks to protect State Street and clients.
• Manage Analysts and Lead Analysts across the SOC team in a 24/7 environment.
• Develop, maintain incident response plans, playbooks and procedures.
• Conduct cyber exercises (tabletops, cyber ranges) and quantify performance with KPIs.
• Foster knowledge sharing and a high-performing culture across the Fusion Center.
