Job summary

Sygnia is looking for a SOC Analyst to join our team of cybersecurity analysts monitoring services. The role includes development of detection analyses, triage of alerts, investigation of security incidents, proactive threat hunting and enhancement of sensors and overall visibility status.

The suitable candidate should be a team player with previous experience in SOC, SecOps or security monitoring, independent, and with a “can-do” attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a SOC/MDR or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Independent, proactive analyst with a can-do attitude.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies and log sources.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor across all areas of Sygnia’s SOC including threat hunting and forensics.
• Triage alerts and investigate security incidents to meet SLAs.
• Differentiate between incidents and false alarms.
• Address client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide insightful incident reports to customers.
