Job summary

You will design threat detection rules, manage preventive controls, and perform in-depth analysis of events to guide risk mitigation. 1–3 years in a SOC is preferred, with hands-on experience in Fortigate/Palo Alto, Cloudflare, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC environments with security monitoring and incident response.
• Familiarity with threat detection rules and preventive controls.
• Experience with digital forensic reporting may be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic, system logs, and security alerts to identify incidents promptly.
• Design, deploy, and manage threat detection rules and preventive security controls.
• Perform in-depth analysis of security events to determine the nature and scope of incidents and recommend mitigations.
• Contribute to threat hunting exercises or cyber projects to improve security posture.
