Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions for the Puffer social media platform, enabling seamless interactions between startup founders, investors, and service providers.
Develop frontend interfaces using modern frameworks (React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) for various community features such as Founder Hub, Explorer Space, Investor Hub, Mentor Lounge, and Insight Hub.
Build and maintain backend systems leveraging microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
Integrate AI-powered functionalities into the platform, including LLM-driven evaluation systems, recommendation algorithms, real-time insights, and automated project analysis tools.
Ensure high-quality software delivery by following agile methodologies, performing thorough code reviews, and maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD, DevSecOps).
Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders from the startup ecosystem to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Engage closely with community feedback, perform iterative enhancements based on user feedback, and continuously optimize platform performance and user experience.
Any other research-related work assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven record of excellence and substantial experience in software development.
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Micro Frontend architectures.
Strong backend programming capabilities, preferably using Python, Java, C, or Ruby.
Extensive experience in microservices architecture, micro frontends, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevSecOps practices.
Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
Solid understanding of system integration, data analytics, and Agile software development methodologies.
Experience in designing and deploying microservices and micro frontend architectures to enhance product scalability and maintainability.
