Job description

The Role

To advance IHH Healthcare’s vision to be world’s most trusted healthcare services network and its standing as a global healthcare leader, by partnering internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, integrated communications that drive long-term, sustainable growth

Key accountabilities

  • Drive and execute group-level strategic communications and branding in the areas of i) corporate brand building and leadership profiling; ii) staff communications and engagement; iii) public and media relations; iv) crisis and issues management
  • Guide and work with Country Communications teams to execute country-level staff communications and reputation management efforts
  • Partner key stakeholders including senior leaders and business unit heads, to achieve the company’s business objectives by leveraging various communications platforms and tools (digital, online and media)
  • Produce or lead the production of corporate promotional/ messaging material, including videos, print collateral and content creation for multiple traditional, online and social media platforms
  • Prepare internal and external statements including senior management announcements, speeches, media responses, interviews, social media posts and news releases
  • Conceptualise, manage and deliver strategic and tactical communications plans and initiatives in support of specific themes such as clinical excellence, innovation, sustainability

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Marketing Communications / Organisation Change
  • Experience in Healthcare / Digital Marketing / Mergers & Acquisitions / Investor Relations / Finance Journalism is an advantage
