Job description

Our organization seeks a Snr Executive, Marketing Account Management, to execute various go-to-market motions that constitute an outcome-driven integrated marketing plan. In this senior role, you will drive effective conversations with vendor-product managers and business unit leaders to provide data-driven consulting and a programmatic approach, resulting in industry-leading program growth, campaigns, and events backed by best practices and competitive standards.

The role is primarily responsible for the Infrastructure or Commercial Hardware pillar, which significantly contributes to the marketing portfolio and revenues via platform marketing engines. Other key pillars include Rewards and Incentive Engines, Xvantage, Brand, Digital Marketing (IDM), etc., supporting marketing services and the overall portfolio.

Our ideal candidate has direct channel marketing experience and has executed multi-touch campaigns in a B2B platform marketing environment, with excellent project management and execution skills.

Highly desirable are skills in strategic planning, proactive research on vendor offerings, data-driven decision making, ROI measurement, collaboration, relationship growth, quick problem-solving, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and events with a data-driven mindset, articulating clear ROI. Basic understanding of MARKETO is preferred.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and channel partners to grow our marketing services portfolio.
  • Partner with vendors to drive brand, product awareness, and growth.
  • Drive channel sales and increase engagement through effective marketing techniques.
  • Enhance product visibility through approved programs via SOPs like PODIO.
  • Identify new channel partnership opportunities and explore agency collaborations.
  • Organize integrated events and roadshows, digital or face-to-face, from ideation to execution, with clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with IDM team to develop digital end-user marketing campaigns, generating MQLs and managing leads effectively.
  • Maintain a pipeline of funded projects aligned with P&L goals.
  • Use business intelligence data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead program management for Xvantage, working with regional teams to define growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with departments to produce marketing materials for promotions and launches.
  • Modernize marketing efforts through digital techniques.
  • Optimize resources and budgets proactively, identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in digital-first B2B platform marketing.
  • 4-6 years of direct channel marketing experience; experience in tech is a plus.
  • Ability to execute quickly and work collaboratively.
  • Strong digital marketing skills to drive platform initiatives and revenue.
  • Willingness to research and experiment, e.g., with Xvantage.
  • Experience in end-to-end digital marketing execution.
