Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead warehouse solutioning and pricing support for regional RFQs, including multi-country tenders and cross-border warehousing projects.
  • Align closely with country teams to consolidate inputs, validate local costings and harmonize regional proposals.
  • Work with local teams to validate cost assumptions (e.g. labor, space, utilities, overheads).
  • Ensure pricing competitiveness while maintaining profitability and operational feasibility.
  • Review and reconcile actual costs vs proposed models for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse past bids vs actual performance to enhance solution accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals in coordination with business development, operations and finance teams.
  • Support customer meetings, presentations and clarification sessions when required.
  • Act as the regional point of contact between business development, operations, IT, and finance for all warehouse solution matters.

Key Account Management (KAM)

  • Monitor and track operational performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify gaps, opportunities, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, IT, finance) to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Support account retention by proactively identifying upselling or renewal opportunities.
  • Assist in onboarding new regional accounts, ensuring smooth transition from proposal to implementation phase.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, pricing, logistics solutioning or key account management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables & costing models)
  • Experience with WMS or CAD tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple RFQs/ projects under tight timelines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus as need to communicate with Korean colleagues.
