Job description

The incumbent will oversee the management of assigned clinical services across the care continuum, ensuring strong performance in service quality, operational efficiency, patient experience, financial goals, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative workflows.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve operational and system issues.
  • Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and patient-friendly.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
  • Support the department in achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative service initiatives to improve patient experience.
  • Monitor and meet clinical volume and financial targets; support business planning with clinical leads.
  • Participate in budgeting, performance reviews, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Supervise a team of non-nursing staff, including performance appraisal, training, recruitment, and retention.
  • Promote two-way communication between staff and management to address issues and drive improvements.
  • Participate in committees and projects as assigned.
  • Be open to job rotation across different operational areas after a three-year cycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Min. 3 years experience in healthcare operations would be highly preferred!
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
