Job Summary:
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hour
Benefits: AWS + 2-3 months PB + Yearly Salary Increment
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general admin duties: scheduling, document handling, filing, and office supply management.
Maintain office equipment and meeting/training room reservations.
Prepare monthly reports, update KPI dashboards, and submit compliance checklists.
Support HR tasks: recruitment records, interview coordination, onboarding, and staff engagement.
Manage departmental documentation: SOPs, registers, and official forms.
Compile data for reports and assist with meeting materials, work plans, and budgets.
Coordinate internal award submissions and contribute to publications.
Organize departmental events, staff competency tests, and external visits.
Cover duties of Senior Assistant Manager during absences.
Ensure confidentiality and assist with other admin tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or relevant.
Min. 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties.
Able to handle work independently and cohesively as a team.
