Our client has delivered an outstanding portfolio that includes private residential, mixed-use developments and commercial properties projects—featuring some of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks.
They are currently seeking a Senior/Executive, Engineering & Sustainability to support an industrial park project.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert support for M&E projects, including tender reviews, specifications for equipment replacements (switchgear, genset, etc.), and contract scopes.
Advise the operations team on technical challenges, maintenance issues, and long-term lifecycle planning for M&E systems.
Coordinate projects, including pre-opening handovers, site inspections, testing, and defect rectification processes.
Monitor and manage electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
Support energy-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities through audits, improving chiller plant performance, and implementing efficiency measures.
Assist with maintenance contract reviews, ensuring alignment with operational needs and industry best practices.
Job Requirement:
Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, a Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification would be an advantage.
Min 3+ years of M&E, facilities, or sustainability experience, with hands-on with HV/LV systems, SCADA, and power turn-on procedures
Knowledge in energy audits and management preferred
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player who has great communication and stakeholder management skills
