Looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. This is a key role within the Marketing team, responsible for developing and delivering strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase conversions in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and lead generation.
Optimize all digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, supporting both sales and customer retention.
Monitor campaigns and provide analytics reports.
Identify trends and insights, optimize spend, and maximize engagement and overall ROI.
Work closely with team members to align paid digital marketing efforts with overall marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to meet brand objectives.
Assist with SEO implementation to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the websites.
Assist with website and App management.
Requirements:
3 ~ 5 years of Digital & Marketing Communications experience, including managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets across various platforms (hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimization is an advantage).
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, organizational, project, and time management skills.
Fluent in English with strong editorial and copywriting skills.
Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills; meticulous, a team player yet capable of working independently; analytical and able to multitask, work quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
