A technology solutions company is seeking a Snr Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user computing device support at Changi Airport. The role involves troubleshooting, deploying hardware, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple products, along with good communication skills. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Position: Snr Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Changi Airport
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user computing device (EUCD) support and troubleshooting
• Manage and deploy laptops and related hardware
• Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
• Provide support for Mac and Apple devices
• Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction
• Adhere to ITIL best practices (preferred)
Requirements:
• Experience in EUCD support and deployment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Hands-on experience with Mac and Apple product support
• Good communication and customer service skills
• ITIL certification or knowledge is an advantage
