Snr Analyst, Wealth Solutions Ops Singapore
Working as part of the Singapore Wealth Solutions Operations (WSO) team to provide end-to- end support on the controls of Operational processes and procedures covering Wealth Management products in GBS. The incumbent will work with key stakeholders across functions related to corporate actions, Settlements, Asset Transfers, Account Maintenance, Tax Operations, Nostro, Sundry & Suspense Reconciliation and support Product Managers, Country and Group related Projects and Process enhancements on top of meeting Regulatory fulfilment of Contract Note and Term-sheets printing.
Business
• The job holder will work with WSO’s stakeholders including CMPS, Product Managers, GBS hubs in KL & India, Contact Centre & Client experience teams, Compliance, Finance, and Auditors to achieve Business and Operational efficiency targets. In addition, the job holder will assist in the collation, preparation and submission of weekly & Monthly Key MIS and Project updates to Management.
Processes
• The job holder will be required to manage Frontline queries and activities related to Equities processes which include settlement and corporate actions. The candidate is expected to work with frontline to review of client queries and client complaints related to Equities. The candidate is expected to review the reconciliation breaks to ensure timely resolution as part of Balance Sheet reconciliation and substantiation for Wealth Solutions accounts balances including validation & attestation of all relevant Sundry and Suspense accounts against WM TPSS (Transaction Processing Settlement systems) on a daily and monthly basis. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing DOIs from Country and GBS teams to ensure adherence to policy and procedure and sufficient controls have been implemented to mitigate risk. The candidate will also manage the preparation, printing and mailing of Advice & Contract notes and general query processing instructions covering account opening and tax operations related queries in BCP coverage scenarios.
Governance
• The job holder will be responsible for assisting the Head of WSO SG in the governance of processing Hubs (GBS KL & India & WSO SG), Custodian and 3rd Party service providers including the conduct of Service and periodic risk reviews, and managing all queries related to operations, governance, tax, regulatory and statutory issues.
