Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is hiring a hands-on Snowflake Data Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable ingestion and ELT pipelines for a cloud-native analytics platform on AWS and Snowflake in Singapore.

You will work with senior engineers and BI users to implement dimensional models, optimize SQL, ensure data quality, and support deployment, testing, and production handover across SIT/UAT cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience or ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong SQL skills and data modelling understanding.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and production data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse layers in Snowflake (RAW, ODS, DW).
• Implement data ingestion and orchestration using Snowflake features (Stages, Storage Integrations, Snow pipe, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures).
• Develop and maintain dimensional data models (fact and dimension tables, transformations).
• Write and optimize SQL for data transformation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
