Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Loan Business Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth in the SME financing space.

You will manage the full financing process from business development to post-disbursement activities for unsecured working capital loans. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SME financing or related financial services experience.
• Experience in originating and managing unsecured business loans in Singapore.
• Knowledge of SME financial analysis including cash flow assessment.
• Familiarity with basic credit assessment principles and financing processes.
• Strong business development and client relationship management within SME financing.
• Existing network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners is advantageous.
• Experience in fintech lending or alternative financing platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing suitable financing solutions for both personal and corporate loan requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and support revenue growth.
• Review and assess loan applications, including basic credit evaluation and risk considerations, in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal credit and underwriting teams to facilitate accurate and timely loan processing and approvals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s financing products and services to provide relevant recommendations to clients.
• Participate in networking activities, business events, and industry engagements to develop professional connections and business opportunities.
• Keep up to date with market developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to support business and client needs effectively.
