Job summary

ORIX Leasing Singapore Limited seeks a proactive sales professional to pursue SME clients and build long-term relationships in Singapore. You will lead generation, meet targets, and coordinate onboarding to ensure an excellent first experience.

The role emphasizes account planning, client strategies, and cross-selling based on client needs, with remuneration commensurate to qualifications and experience. Only Singaporean candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Sales and negotiation abilities expected.
• Customer-service mindset as a base.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant industry or sector.
• Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Candidates must be Singaporean.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation).
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs.
• Develop account plans and client strategies.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and first experience.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Act as main contact between client and company.
• Understand client needs, goals and operations.
• Conduct regular account usage reviews.
• Handle client concerns or complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
