Due to expansion. Our client, a Japanese Leasing MNC is seeking an experience Relationship Manager Business Development) with 1 year SME Loaning Experience for Hire Purchase Division
Requirements
Proven stability in a Bank or Leasing Capital Loans company, preferably two years or more
A hunter’s sense, a desire for sales, a proactive and aggressive demeanor. Highly self-motivated, confident, tenacious and results driven.
A self-starter and a team player with Degree holder preferably from the business / finance / accounts discipline and able to value add having good network with SME or Commercial Sales
Hardworking, good working attitude, perseverance and resilience
Brings along relevant experience in Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
Good understanding of accounting and financial statements
Proficient in report writing, as he/she will be responsible for preparing credit proposals, which will include financial analysis.
The successful candidates will be placed in different position level based on their working experiences/education level.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new SME customers and pro-actively market financial solutions in Commercial Sales to meet their needs in commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
Manage and service your portfolio of accounts
Prepare credit proposals including financial analysis
Generate and achieve revenue target assigned
Report writing and responsible for preparing credit proposals and financial analysis.

Central Town
Working Days/ Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm
Basic Salary: RM, BD up to $6,500(exclude commission)
Monthly Commission payout upon hitting KPI
$100 Mobile reimbursement + Annual Variable Bonus up to 2-4 Months
Company vehicle provided for on-site client visit for those with driving license.
For candidates without license public transport (Taxi/Grab) claimable and full reimbursement.
