Job Opening: Sales and Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Basic salary plus commissions up to $10,000 monthly.

  • Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage potential clients via telesales and outreach to build a pipeline of prospects.
  2. Client Assessment: Prequalify and evaluate clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for financing options.
  3. Financing Solutions: Provide tailored SME loan solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the loan process.
  5. Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring regular follow-up and addressing ongoing needs.
