Maximus Organisation is expanding its Retail & Door-to-Door Sales Team in Singapore, seeking self-motivated individuals to learn and grow in home solutions sales. You'll go through a structured 3-week program: weeks to learn talking to customers, touch and explain product features, and start closing deals with real customers under mentor guidance.

Fresh graduates welcome. No prior sales experience required; we provide hands-on product training, ongoing feedback, and a competitive yet supportive

At Maximus Organisation, we're expanding our Retail & Door-to-Door Sales Team, representing home solutions brands across Singapore.

We're not looking for experienced salespeople. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, have fun and challenge themselves!

YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS WITH US

WEEK 1 - LEARN TO TALK TO ANYONE

Forget sitting in classrooms memorising scripts all day!

You'll meet real customers while your mentor stands beside you, providing LIVE feedback on how to approach, communicate and connect with different people.

WEEK 2 - GET YOUR HANDS ON THE PRODUCTS

Smart fans, lighting, kitchen appliances and more!

See, touch and experience the products yourself. Learn how to explain their features and recommend suitable solutions to homeowners.

WEEK 3 - START CLOSING DEALS

Put your skills into action!

Engage customers, present products, handle objections and work towards closing your own sales with your mentor guiding you.
