MAXIMUS ORGANISATION in Singapore is seeking energetic individuals to join our Events & Roadshow Sales Team. Represent brands at events, engage customers face-to-face, and learn to turn conversations into sales under the guidance of experienced mentors. No experience?

That's fine. You'll receive hands-on training, shadow mentors, and progressively aim for top performance. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome, with opportunities to develop leadership skills through campaigns and team

That's a normal day for our Events & Roadshow Sales Team at Maximus Organisation. We're a face-to-face marketing company helping brands acquire customers through events, promotional campaigns and roadshows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Represent brands at events and roadshows
• Engage with customers face-to-face
• Introduce products, services and promotions
• Understand customer needs and explain suitable options
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with your team during campaigns

NO EXPERIENCE? THAT'S FINE!

You won't be expected to know everything on Day 1.

You'll work alongside experienced sales mentors who observe your conversations and provide immediate feedback.

Learn how to approach customers, present confidently, overcome objections and close deals.

Our favourite challenge? Try to outsell your own mentor within your first 2 months!
