Sanofi is seeking a Project Manager – Smart Factory to lead deployment of strategic digital manufacturing initiatives at the site. You will manage end‑to‑end projects, align with global standards, and act as an IMS expert integrating MES, Data Historian and OT connectivity to enable a connected Smart Factory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment of Smart Factory initiatives.
• Knowledge of MES, Data Historian and OT connectivity.
• Ability to align projects with global standards and deployment frameworks.
• Strong governance, planning and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience enabling user adoption and change management for digital manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Smart Factory projects from planning through deployment and ensure delivery on time, scope and budget.
• Provide end‑to‑end IMS expertise and oversee MES and data systems integration.
• Coordinate governance meetings, risk reviews and stakeholder updates across site and global teams.
• Define requirements with users and business stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Drive user adoption, training and readiness for new manufacturing solutions.
• Manage project backlog, actions and mitigation plans to keep critical deliverables on track.
