Job summary

5160 Kyndryl (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Smart Card and Door Access Operator to support secure access management, ensuring timely access to systems, facilities, and services.

You will manage smart card and door access requests, maintain records, and ensure activities meet security and service requirements. You will process requests, produce cards, update access, audit trails and documentation, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service desk, access management or a similar operational role.
• Knowledge of request fulfilment, access management, ticketing systems, and operational support processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow controlled processes and procedures.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, request, access and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Process smart card, door access, account, and access change requests.
• Maintain accurate access records, approvals, audit trails, and operational documentation.
• Perform card production, printing, access updates, and operational checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot access-related issues and service requests.
• Escalate incidents and work with technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, identity management, and data protection requirements.
• Contribute to audits, service reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
