Key Responsibilities:
● Site Identification and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential store locations. Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive factors to determine the suitability of locations. Develop and present site analysis reports to senior management.
● Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and property managers. Ensure leases are aligned with company policies and financial targets.
● Project Management: Oversee the store development process from site selection to store opening. Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of store construction. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
● Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal departments including Group finance, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless store openings. Liaise with external partners, such as real estate agents, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
● Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all store development activities comply with local regulations and company standards. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management. Maintain accurate records of all store development activities.
● Cost Management: Develop and manage store development budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
● Proven experience in retail store development and expansion, preferably in a similar role.
● Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
