Product Management: Select, launch, and manage beauty products, ensuring alignment with brand and market needs. Monitor performance and optimize inventory.
Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with local/international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
Data & Insights: Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer feedback to support data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead the beauty category team, oversee performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (related fields preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in category/product management within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore’s market and consumer behavior.
Skills: Market analysis, supplier negotiation, data tools (Excel/SQL), project management.
Communication: Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
