3 Locations in Singapore: Khatib, Bukit Batok and Bedok Reservoir (will be rotated to work among the 3 clubhouses)

Job Overview:

Support the Supervisor, Slot Operations in ensuring the smooth running of the slot machine rooms while maintaining the highest standards of guest services.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Ensure jackpot machines, automation machines and equipment are maintained and functional.

2.Ensure compliance to SOPs and regulations governing the operations of slot room.

3.Proper upkeep and housekeeping of premises.

4.Reconciliation of daily reports.

5.Extraction, collection, collating and submission of data/reports.

6.Assist in procurement.

7.Proper recordings of assets and inventory.

8.Proper filings and safekeeping of documents including compliance of PDPA.

9.Recommend NCPG RG courses.

10.Provide good customer service to members and guests.

11.To be deployed to support and assists HomeTeamNS events/activities.

Job Requirements:

Fundamental knowledge and an understanding of all slot operations rules, standards, regulations and operations

Attentive, ability to apply critical thinking skills, act proactively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising integrity or effectiveness

Consistently maintain poise and a professional demeanor under challenging situations

Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Willing to rotate among the 3 clubhouses on 2 shifts
