Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Product Manager for Sleep Lab Systems to evolve titration products, connecting strategy with delivery and scaling solutions for sleep labs. The role is based in Singapore or Sydney and is full-time, requiring strong leadership in a regulated health-tech environment.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, clinical and commercial teams, and translate research into tangible plans that drive adoption and measurable value throughout

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy, preferably in health tech, consumer products, or a regulated industry.
• Track record of building and launching successful products and business models.
• Understanding of healthcare markets, including clinical, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with commercial strategy and both digital and mechanical technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with ability to act decisively under ambiguity.
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for users by conducting research, gathering data, and generating insights informing product design, business models, and user experience.
• Own the product roadmap from concept through launch and beyond, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Anticipate industry trends and market shifts, evaluate accessibility and value across user segments, pilot go-to-market strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption.
• Translate research and strategic insights into concrete product plans, lead cross-functional execution, ensure releases deliver measurable value.
• Monitor product performance, identify improvements, and feed findings back into next development cycle.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products and business models to life.
