Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Product Manager for Sleep Lab Systems within the Sleep Lab Diagnostics team. You will evolve titration products, connect product strategy with business goals, and partner with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

You bring 3+ years in product management or related roles in health tech or regulated markets, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years in product management, product marketing, or strategy in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries.
MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Strong ability to translate user insights into product strategy and business models.

Responsibilities

Champion the User through research, empathy, and data to improve user experience and outcomes.
Own the Product Roadmap from ideation to launch and beyond, balancing user delight with business goals.
Anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products to life.
Influence cross-functional teams to deliver value and measurable business outcomes.
