Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of Privileged Access Management solutions in Singapore. You will oversee architecture, implementation, enhancements and integrations, coordinating with IT, Security, Audit and external vendors.

The role requires 8–10 years of delivery experience, hands-on PAM expertise, strong scripting skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. CyberArk/CISSP/CISM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in technical project delivery, preferably IAM, PAM, or information security.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or equivalent PAM solutions.
• Understanding of PAM architecture, vaults, connectors, session management and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of MAS TRM, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF is a plus.
• Certifications such as CyberArk, CISSP or CISM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of PAM projects including architecture, implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage PAM components such as password vaults, connectors, session managers, and privileged session monitoring.
• Develop scripts and automation for onboarding, credential rotation, reporting, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot PAM issues including reconciliation errors, connector failures, session issues, and provisioning.
• Translate business and security requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Audit, Compliance, business teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular project updates and manage risks, issues and timelines.
• Support security audits and ensure PAM controls meet internal and regulatory requirements.
