Job summary

A Beautiful Me, Inc. is seeking a friendly front desk professional to manage client bookings, maintain records, and support a busy beauty clinic in Singapore.

You will conduct consultations, respond to client needs, promote retail products, and keep treatment spaces tidy. The role requires excellent communication, a sales/service mindset, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients’ appointments
• Data entry of client information
• Maintain clients’ files and documentation
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations
• Respond to client queries and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or services
• Stocktaking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Perform other administrative tasks as required
