Job Overview

As a Skin Therapist at our Centre, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ long-term health and vitality through evidence-based skin health solutions. You will work alongside doctors, health coaches, and diagnostic specialists to deliver personalised, high-touch treatments guided by advanced skin analysis technology and premium skincare formulations.

This role blends clinical insight with luxurious service standards, providing a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge concept in preventive health and longevity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations using advanced diagnostic tools to assess clients’ skin conditions and tailor treatment plans
• Perform high-standard facial and skin rejuvenation treatments in line with clinical protocols and product guidelines
• Educate clients on long-term skincare strategies that support their overall health and well-being
• Collaborate with doctors and wellness professionals to integrate skin health into a broader preventive care plan.
• Monitor progress through follow-up assessments and modify skincare regimens as needed
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client confidentiality
• Maintain a serene, luxurious treatment environment that reflects the ethos of the Longevity Centre
• Support product retail and treatment service uptake through client education, not hard-selling
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with clinical aesthetics and longevity practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Clinical Skin Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a medi-spa, dermatology clinic, or luxury wellness centre preferred
• Skilled in conducting skin analysis and performing advanced skincare treatments
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, ingredients, and product interactions
• Comfortable using clinical-grade diagnostic equipment and skincare technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, polished presence
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
