Ski / Snowboard Coach

Responsibilities:

1. Instruct and demonstrate skiing techniques to individuals or groups
2. Monitor and assess students' progress
3. Provide first-aid where necessary
4. Ensure all safety procedures are followed
5. Assess the skill level of clients
6. Design customized lesson plans
7. Provide feedback and guidance

Requirements:

1. Minimum CASI Level 1 equivalence
2. Excellent skiing ability
3. Experience in teaching skiing
4. Deep knowledge of skiing techniques, equipment, weather conditions, and mountain safety measures
5. Patient, motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly
6. Ability to work as part of a team
7. Ability to ski proficiently
8. Ability to teach skiing to others
9. Ability to work with people of all ages and levels
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
12. Ability to carry out risk assessments
