As a Social Media Specialist for SK-II based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing our global digital strategy and building our online community.
Your team
Reporting to the SK-II Global Communications Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Media, Marketing, and Design—both locally and across the Asia Pacific region. You will also engage with Agency Partners and Content Creators to amplify our brand’s reach and engagement in a highly relevant way.

Your creativity and strategic attitude will be key in growing SK-II’s social presence. You will develop and curate exciting social content that not only attracts but cultivates a vibrant community around our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of SK-II’s global social media strategy, crafting and evolving the brand's social voice. Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging social media trends and using AI-driven opportunities, while analyzing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that enhance our social presence.
- Collaborate with in-house designers and external content creators to identify, develop and feed content pillars to consistently create and curate engaging content across diverse social formats.
- Engage & Inspire: Build and nurture our social community by planning and hosting interactive Q&A sessions and live streams with industry experts. Use platform-specific features to create responsive interactions that effectively captivate our audience.
- Supports and assists in executing communication strategies in the team or organization
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience, with a deep passion for and understanding of the luxury beauty and skincare market.
- Creative thinker and writer with a strong aesthetic sensibility, capable of producing visually compelling and highly engaging content.
- Proficiency in the latest features of Instagram and TikTok, with a keen eye for upcoming trends and algorithm optimization. Highly experienced in agile content creation, including social asset design and video editing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
