Join our well-established team of specialists across reclamation, coastal adaptation, restoration, coastal protection & resilience, and marine structures and further develop your career with an international consultancy.

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors to assist with the following contract administration tasks;

• Cost estimation, tender preparation and price analysis and tender award.
• Assessing payment claims and variations, loss and expense and settlement of final accounts
• Administer contracts and provide sound contractual advice on various matters including extension of time, loss and expense.

You will have/be:

• Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying with an excellent understanding of the Construction process.
• Ideally possess at least 3-years’ experience in a QS consulting environment, preferably with experience in infrastructure, container port, marine terminals or coastal development projects.
• Familiarity with the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and various types of Contract Conditions and dispute resolution would be an added advantage.
• Well-developed written and communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts.
• Resourceful with the ability to work independently but also a good team player.
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willing to traveloverseas as and when required for handling of overseas projects.
