As a Sitecore Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital technology strategy by designing and implementing Sitecore solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement for all our key clients and projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure the successful adoption of the Sitecore platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development team in delivering Sitecore Experience Platform and related products (Content Hub, CDP, xDB, xConnect).
  • Design and implement secure Sitecore solutions
  • Participate in web development, configuration and support.
  • Work in collaboration with DevOps, Experience designers, project managers and business analysts.
  • Participate in planning and solution design with developers and customers.
  • Work with project managers and scrum masters on technical deliverables.
  • Define and maintain Sitecore architectural standards and best practices, evaluate and recommend new Sitecore modules and technologies
  • Work closely with DevOps team in maintaining improvements to cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issue
  • Manage and maintain Sitecore environments
  • Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans
  • Working with both local and offshore teams

What you’ll need

  • 5 years or more experience in developing solutions with Sitecore 9 and 10.
  • Prior experience working with Public Sector projects is added advantage
  • Understanding of cloud-native architecture, Headless API, and microservices.
  • Good experience in developing and maintaining technical documentations.
  • Experience managing DevOps processes.
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong analytical mind and agile diagnostic skills.
