Job summary

LEZE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a on-site Supervisor to safely transport teams and materials across Singapore work sites, and to oversee daily maintenance and conservancy tasks.

You will conduct safety briefings and enforce WSH rules while coordinating job orders and site inspections with clients and officers. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and practical problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to varying site schedules and multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Prior supervisory experience in building maintenance, conservancy, or civil/contractor operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt to site operational schedules and handle multiple project locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport maintenance teams, equipment, and cleaning materials across various work sites in Singapore.
• Supervise daily on-site maintenance and conservancy operations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Conduct site safety briefings, enforce workplace safety rules (WSH), and monitor workers' compliance.
• Coordinate daily job orders, conduct site inspections, and liaise with clients/property officers on defect rectifications.
• Maintain company vehicle in good running condition, ensuring proper maintenance and routine inspections.
