We are looking to hire a Site Technical Officer to join our Water team working on exciting Sewer upgrading projects across Singapore. Jacobs's role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works. This role will be based on site, working alongside the Project Manager, Engineers, and Public Relations Officers managing stakeholders in the project; carrying out standing supervision of the works in progress on-site; and Supervising and verifying contractors’ CCTV video and inspection reports

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision; working experience in sewerage projects will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to obtain Certificate of WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Spaced Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors – Manhole (SIC)). The company will provide training.
  • Willingness to obtain Certification either under the WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme, or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician. The company will provide training.
