Job summary

GU XIN BUILDER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction sites, enforce safety regulations, and lead both the construction team and subcontractors. The role involves ensuring projects meet design specs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The candidate should have post-secondary construction training, a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred, CPR/first aid, and strong leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills. On-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary construction training program.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a site supervisor.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
