HEPTACON CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise structural works at our Singapore project sites.

You will ensure works align with drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements, while maintaining quality and progress. You will conduct pre-inspections with subcontractors, facilitate RE/RTO inspections, manage daily/weekly site coordination, maintain records, and oversee safety and housekeeping.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; fresh intake considered.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or certificates in structural discipline (e.g. NCCS, BCSS, Safety, Lifting).

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise structural works per drawings and specifications.
• Conduct pre-inspections with subcontractors before RE/RTO inspections.
• Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
• Ensure site works follow daily/weekly coordination schedules.
• Carry out quality control inspections to maintain acceptable standards.
• Maintain site records and inventory; manage workers.
