Job Scope

1. Oversees the whole operation team on site by carrying out day-to-day site activities including supervision of workers and coordinating with client’s staff.
2. Able to handle certifications (MOM, AE, PE, COS).
3. Prepare Delivery orders and ensure they are approved by respective clients.
4. Execution of work and reporting of project work progress to Operations Manager.
5. Managing work schedule and resolving any disputes with workers.
6. Ensure work is carried out within allocated time schedule while following safety protocols and maintaining quality.
7. Coordinate with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth transition of works.
8. Keep daily site records for manpower, materials, and work status.
9. Attend necessary site/internal meetings when required as well as client feedback or complaints.
10. Other ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

1. Able to read CAD Drawings is essential.
2. Must have experience from main construction under the building phase. This includes submission of paperwork such as MOM, PE, and AE cert. Also must have an understanding of submission of SWP, RA, etc.
3. Previous experience in commercial/residential tower projects.
4. Must have experience in Construction Site.
5. Handle operations management.
