Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Supervisor to oversee post-renovation works in line with HDB-approved plans. The role requires coordinating with renovation contractors, inspecting sites, and ensuring compliance with approved scope.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil/Structural, have at least 3 years of supervision experience, and be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Work is in Singapore on a fixed-term contract of 36 months.

Qualifications

• Diploma or diploma-equivalent in Civil/structural engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant supervision experience in building projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Obtain renovation details from SO Rep and study demolition work approved by HDB.
• Coordinate with Renovation Contractor (RC) for on-site post-renovation inspections and confirm hacking period approvals.
• Plan and schedule post-renovation demolition inspections within 6 working days after hacking period.
• Take photos showing compliance with the approved plan (wide and close-up).
• Inform SO Rep immediately if demolition is not compliant, with photos.
• Complete inspection reports in the agreed format and submit by 6 pm the same day.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on units inspected and non-compliance to HDB.
• Inspect post-renovation demolition work strictly according to the approved plan.
• If deviations occur, RC must resubmit to HDB for approval.
