Job summary

ELITEZ SITE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Site Supervisor to oversee infrastructure works at the Tuas project.

You will assist Consultants in supervision and quality assurance on site, ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications while coordinating with contractors. We require a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or NCSS, and at least 1 year of supervision experience. The role demands attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to supervise precast

Qualifications

• Diploma or NCSS required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supervising infrastructure projects.
• Experience supervising precast components.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site.
• Ensure installation methods and materials comply with contract drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate site works with contractors/sub-contractors.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants.
• Ensure contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness on site.

• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS)
• At least 1 year experience in the supervision of Infrastructure projects (prefer cable laying supervision)
• Has supervised precast components
• Has an eye for details and resourceful

Project Location: Tuas

Project start: End Sep

Working hour: 44 hours, night shift (8:30pm to 5:30am Monday to Sat)
