Gross Salary: $3500-$4500 (Basic Salary + All Allowances)*

Our client is an A1 Construction Developer for new HDB or Condominium projects.

Previous experience in construction sites is required.

Job Scope:

1. Oversees construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and according to project specifications.
2. Manage daily operations: monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Enforce safety protocols: ensure all staff and site members follow safety guidelines to minimize accidents.
4. Supervise workers: manage subcontractors and in-house staff, ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Identify and mitigate risks: address issues that arise during the project.
