A leading company in Singapore seeks a project manager to oversee various project duties, including liaising with contractors and managing project documentation. The role will also involve cost estimating and resource planning to ensure project success.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Liaising with main contractor, consultant and owner for project requirement
· In charge of material submission, design review and progress claim
· Plan for site work installation, worker deployment and material requisition
· Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning
· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
· Working with vendors in controlling cost and quality of products
