Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a background in commercial cleaning. Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, executing tasks, and supervising cleaning crews across multiple job sites.
  • Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to team members effectively.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across various job sites.
  • Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements.
  • Review work orders to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients.
  • Assist to move equipment and products.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 3-10 years of working experience in the cleaning service industry preferred.
  • Strong industry knowledge in commercial cleaning and disinfection.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong initiative; able to analyse situations and think flexibly.
  • Supervisory skills to manage and guide cleaning staff.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in email and Microsoft Excel

Other Information:

  • 6 working days per week
  • Salary: S$2,500 to $3,200 (Based on experience)
  • Location: Multiple locations / islandwide (in Singapore)
