Job description

Jobs Description:

Manage daily site operations and supervise a team of construction workers to carry out tasks according to approved drawings or instructions.

Report to the Construction Manager and Site Engineer.

Overall in charge of site coordination.

Ensure that all site works comply with safety standards and processes.

Carry out inspections to ensure quality and acceptability of works, and monitor and resolve rectification works as necessary.

Ensure that works are carried out according to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.

Work closely with clients as their representative to ensure effective delivery within the expected time, cost, and quality objectives.

Plan and schedule projects, and report on the progress and quality of works on site.

Jobs Requirements:

• Must have more than 2 years of site supervisor experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the local construction industry as a site supervisor.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS).
• Supervisory experience in foundation and structural works on site.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
