Job summary

LIM WEN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites applications for an on-site supervisory role overseeing material and equipment control, and managing workers and subcontractors on site. The position requires strong leadership, safety discipline and coordination with the project team.

The ideal candidate will possess NCSS or a Diploma in relevant engineering/building disciplines and substantial site experience, with a track record of delivering on safety and productivity on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold NCSS certificate or a recognised Diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in building construction; more for senior roles.
• Strong leadership, safety awareness and coordination skills.

Job Requirements

• Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Possess a recognised Diploma in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Relevant working experience of minimum 15 years working in past construction projects
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions.
